Rudeness of D-smart customer representative

I am complaining about the phone call I had with the person who said he was b** on 05.11.2020 between 20.00 and 20.45. This evening, I wanted to connect internet to my home from D-smart. I am a university student and I needed to have internet at home because my classes were online due to the pandemic. I talked to the person and accepted a campaign. I was called back to school with the e-mail sent by my university. I no longer needed the internet and I canceled it without taking any action. But when I told this to the b** lady, she started threatening me, insulted me, and her conversations were not ethical at all. He said it was what I deserved that he would limit the internet. So I don't understand, it's not my fault that the sudden decisions made change. D-smart's customer representative has no right to threaten me, it's rude. That's why I'm complaining about b** lady.
