Ciğerci Hulusi is a complete disaster, it is a place where the customers are not given the slightest importance as there are only a few places like this in Istanbul and this place is a bit famous.
Service quality is zero, there is no respect, the waiters are literally scolding people. It's a place where we don't get our money's worth.
