I bought coins with credit card through Binance. My credit card was fee. But because the transaction failed, Coin did not come to my Binance account. Neither the coin came to my account, nor the refund of the fee withdrawn from the card. I also wrote to the live support team. However, unrelated answers came in the form of templates.
