I have been a store manager at Gaziantep Bellona store for 24 years. All the furniture in my house was purchased from the brand I sell myself. I changed the living room set 1 year ago and there was discoloration on the fabric. When I sent the service to my home, I knew very well that a product wiped with alcohol would not be wiped with alcohol. Even though I was in it, I was saddened to encounter something like this. I wonder how the service, which keeps records even for us, provides service to our other consumers. I do. I believe that I will not close the issue here and will take it to court.
