Beko Washing Machine Doesn't Wash and Customer Service Is Indifferent

We bought a Beko washing machine. However, the washing machine does not wash well and cannot remove any stains. Even though I use stain remover, even the simplest stains remain on the laundry. I called customer service but they didn't care at all. Both the product is bad and the customer service is indifferent.
