Beko Washing Machine is not washing and customer service is also indifferent

We bought Beko washing machine. However, the washing machine cannot wash it well and cannot remove any stains. Even though I use the stain remover, even the simplest stains remain in the laundry. I called customer service, but they did not take care of it in any way. Both the product is bad and customer service is indifferent.
