Baymak demanded a fee to run zero boiler

We bought a boiler from Baymak and called for authorized service for the installation. However, the authorized service release hose is missing, he demanded a fee. We called customer service and said we had to pay a road fee for the authorized service. We were very surprised that we demand additional fees for these services that should be within the warranty. So we shouldn't take the Baymak.
