Arçelik brand dishwasher malfunctioned. I called the call center for the failure and called for service. The incoming element said the unloading pump had failed and should change. However, he demanded a fee for this. I had to and paid the fee. They supposedly fixed it, but when I run it again, it made the same fault. I'm waiting for my problem to be solved immediately. I don't want to pay money again.
