As a result of a pipe burst during road works, natural gas was not supplied to the neighborhood for 6 hours in the middle of January. The gas valves of all buildings were closed until the problem was solved, and no notification was made when the problem was solved.

I had the same problem and when I came home it was extremely cold. Lack of information caused us great distress.
