I went to the branch to become an Akbank customer. I applied via mobile because the employees at the branch said that 5000 TL loan is given to those who apply via mobile application. However, during the call, it gives a warning that the transaction cannot be processed due to the traffic jam. When I called customer service, they said I had to go to the branch. I have a complaint about both your employees and your campaigns.
