A101 is delivered to the door at the door, even though I canceled the order

I made shopping at the A101 door application and ordered. Then I immediately canceled the order. However, despite the cancellation, the order came. I did not receive the order, but I sent it to refund, but 1 month passed. Despite my call many times, the money is not refundable and the products still appear to be delivered. I definitely do not recommend shopping from this application.
